NYC in LA

My husband and I walked Melrose Ave in Hollywood to check out the shopping that was available in the very popular area. I was introduced to Moods of Norway, which I am currently obsessing over. I decided to keep it very comfortable, since I had no idea how much walking we were going to do.

I wear a lot of New York & Company because I practically lived there when I had a 9-5 job. I walked into the DVF store and the sales associate immediately knew that we were not from the area. I'm not sure if it was my outfit or the fact that we were walking into an expensive store haha! But I like to think it was pretty much my entire NY&Co outfit :)

I wore a chambray shirt so I had to option of putting the sleeves down or up. It is also a great alternative to a jacket because it would not be too much to carry for me. I wore an ankle cut pant to also have the same option to roll up or down. I like to ADMIT that my leopard print peep toe shoes are crocs.... CROCS! They get such a bad rep, but they do have a few cute spring/summer alternatives. I was hesitant, but trust me and give them a look.
