Must-Have Monday: The Roof Is On Fire

If you have ever used a hot styling tool for your hair, please raise your hand. I believe we all have at one point. Some of us use blow dryers, curling irons/wands, and straighteners every single day. I personally have very frizzy wavy hair and the minute I walk outside in the humidity it begins to curl. I find that when I use high heat on my hair the style stays longer and it's much sleeker.

For these instances I use a heat protection spray. If you don't have one, please go purchase one. I swear by it and I know that it's the only reason my hair hasn't fried off. I use the TRESemme Heat Tamer spray on damp hair. I spray it evenly and use a blow dryer to dry my hair. I then spray the spray again and then use my straightener. I don't get any residue from the spray and I use it everyday. I used the got2b spray once and I didn't like how crispy it made my hair feel. It always left behind a lot of white residue. There are many brands out there that carry a spray like this, but right now TRESemme is my personal hair must-have.
