Fresh Look Friday: Pointing In the Right Direction

The toe shapes of shoes is constantly changing between the following: round, square, and pointy. I have always been a fan of pointed toe shoes. I loved wearing pointy kitten heeled shoes in high school. I feel like the point of the shoe compensated for the height in the heel.

Metallic pointy shoes are an upcoming trend for this spring. I'm currently crushing on a pair of pewter pointed flats by Coach. Valentino has the beautiful pair with studs, which is very popular amongst many fashionistas. Shoe Dazzle also has a pair of pointed toe t-strap heels that are great and for a budget friendly price, as shown by sizefabulous.com on her Instagram account.

Everyone loves a ballet flat! It's a classic staple and very comfortable, but add the pointed toe and you will be very fashionable. As always, trends come and go but I think I'm going to invest on this one. Dig through your closets and incorporate this trend. Check out my board below for some tips. 

If you are buying a new pair, make sure to walk around the store with them on. If the shoes pinch your toes in the store, they will also pinch outside of the store.
