I've seen YouTube videos of make up artists using beauty blenders (hot pink make up sponge) and they all rave about! For $20, it's something that I hope I like but didn't want to gamble not liking the product. I found a knock off sponge on the TJ Maxx section for $4! And now I'm ALSO hooked! How did we put on foundation before this?! It soaks put the foundation and you just pat in on your face. The pointy tip of the sponge is perfect for around the eye area.
I went onto Temptalia.com to figure out what type of foundation I wanted to purchase. You answer a couple questions about your skin and it generates a shade and brand of foundation for you! It takes the guess work out of foundation shopping. It told me to try L'oreal True Match in Natural Buff N3. I went to the drug store and opened the cap (I know, bad me) and put a dab on my face. It matched PERFECTLY! L'oreal took the guess work out of make up shopping because you can then purchase the concealer N1-2-3, which goes with your foundation. Simple as that!
I have combination skin and break out along my jawline if I have any.
These are my results!
All the products I used. Rimmel Primer, L'oreal True Match N3 Natural Buff, L'oreal True Match Concealer, Maybelline Falses Volume, Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer, Mary Kay Brow Pencil in Soft Black, Strawberry Chapstick, and I cannot remember the brand of the sponge. I'll make sure to post it on the next post.
Happy 21st Birthday to my beautiful sister Joana! You are the best sister anyone can ask for! Thank you for always being there for me! You are such a beautiful woman inside and out! And you never let people forget that! I love you and I'm so proud of you!
